At Chemex, transparency is at the heart of everything we do. The following

disclaimers are provided to clearly define the scope of our services,

responsibilities, and limitations. They are not just legal notes—they are our

commitment to honesty, professionalism, and mutual understanding with every

client we work with.

1. Formulation & Documentation Only

Chemex provides scientific formulations, R&D solutions, and

technical documentation. We do not manufacture or sell finished products outside Pakistan.

2. Client Responsibility in Manufacturing

All production, preparation, and commercialization of products based on

Chemex formulations are the sole responsibility of the client. Chemex is not

involved in the physical creation, mixing, or application of final products.

3. Raw Material Quality Disclaimer

The performance of the final product depends entirely on the quality

and grade of raw materials purchased by the client. Chemex does not supply,

recommend, or guarantee any specific raw material brands or suppliers.

4. Testing & Validation

All testing, safety checks, and product validation must be performed by

the client or an independent third-party laboratory. Chemex does not take

responsibility for product outcomes without proper testing.

5. Regulatory Compliance

Chemex provides documentation aligned with international regulatory

standards (WHO, FDA, EMA, REACH, OSHA, ISO). However, obtaining official

licenses, certifications, and government approvals remains the client’s

responsibility.

6. No Medical or Health Claims

For pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or healthcare-related projects,

Chemex provides only research-based formulations and documentation. Chemex does

not make therapeutic claims, and final approval from relevant health

authorities is mandatory before any market use.

7. Liability Limitation

Chemex shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or

consequential loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of our formulations,

documents, or recommendations.

8. Project-Based Expert Model

Chemex operates through a global network of R&D professionals and

consultants on a project basis. Our team structure allows us to handle projects

of all scales with expertise and flexibility.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All formulations, documents, and research material provided by Chemex

are proprietary. Clients are granted usage rights only for their own business

purposes and may not resell, redistribute, or share Chemex intellectual

property without written consent.

10. Independent Quality Assurance

Chemex strongly recommends that all clients independently verify raw

material sources, conduct third-party testing, and establish in-house quality

control systems to ensure consistent, safe, and high-performing end products.
